Tonale Diesel aziendale arrivata una settimana fa. Beh che dire, esteticamente fuori non è male, anche se le minigonne sono disallineate tra anteriore e posteriore, cosa che se la macchina fosse mia non accetterei. Poi il cambio senza sequenziale è ridicolo e in certe situazioni anche pericoloso. Penso alla guida su neve in montagna o in discesa. Il cambio in sé è tremendo, ho usato decine di auto per lavoro e penso che questo sia rimasto il cambio peggiore in commercio se pensiamo che l’auto costa 40k. Schermo touch screen che si è già bloccato due volte. Il Cruise adattivo che si disattiva sotto i 30kmh immagino sia stato pensato da uno che non guida le auto, altrimenti non me lo spiego. Pericoloso visto che l’auto poi non frena se non in emergenza. Poi basta un po’ di pioggia e il radar non funziona più. I colleghi che hanno già fatto 20000 km lamentano tutti rotture di sensori pioggia, sensori abbagliati, spie varie che si accendono, problemi allo sterzo, consumo olio peggio di un trattore. Onestamente non credo che Alfa sia un’azienda seria e se avete 40k da spendere prendete altro.

Macchina fantastica. Fluida e grintosa quando serve. Nella modalità Dynamic guidarla è veramente un piacere e l’ibrido, nel traffico romano riduce i consumi in maniera drastica. Grande macchina. Non sarà mai una sportiva, ma sa farsi sentire quando serve. Inoltre i fari led full Matrix sono perfetti in guida notturna. Sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto.

tonale plug in marzo 2023. in autostrada la macchina va in protezione e si avverte un rumorino metallico che non si capisce da dove proviene. Rimorchiata prima punto aci poi alla concessionaria dove e’ stata acquistata, ad oggi la macchina è ai box anche se – pare – in settimana mi verrà restituita. La diagnosi: spaccato un bordo del cilindro e autorizzato completo cambio motore che è arrivato alla concessionaria nei primi giorni di questo mese. fermo dall’8 marzo. niente male no?

Sono possessore di una TONALE 160 CV MHEV Tributo Italiano dal Maggio 2024. Dopo un richiamo per possibile cedimento strutturale pedale freno (!) e diverse anomalie al SW con interventi risolutivi, a 20500 km l’auto mi ha segnalato DNA non disponibile (fisso su N) ed allarme motore con richiesta di controllo. Risultato: avaria pompa di raffreddamento dell’ibrido ed attesa di pezzo di ricambio in officina. Spero che non sia l’inizio di una lunga attesa. Peccato le BMW ed AUDI che ho avuto prima non hanno mai avuto problemi. Ho deciso di tornare ad Alfa Romeo ed ora rimpiango la scelta. Tonale molto bella ma poco affidabile. CB

al momento non ho avuto gravi problemi …mi viene da sorridere
montante di plastica interno sinistro che si staccava..sostituito in garanzia
pompa ausiliaria del raffredamento acqua sostituita
clic allo sterzo…sostituito meccanismo elettrico dello sterzo
malfunzionamenti elettronici in generale poi risolti
rispetto alla Land Rover Discovery sport 180 cv turbo disel ingenium del 2015 che avevo sempre in officina f( sconsiglio l’acquisto ) sono piccoli problemi

Ho una tonale Ti 160CV MHEV, a 27.000km circa mi si accende la spia gialla del motore. Recatomi in officina del concessionario Alfa mi dicono che c’è la catena di distribuzione da cambiare allungamento della catena. Intervento fatto in garanzia ma con attesa di 2 mesi. Ora vivo con il terrore che possa risuccedere. Sono arrivato a quasi 51000 Km tremo e prego ogni volta che salgo in macchina.

Ho una tonale versione Speciale 160CV MildHybrid, a 26.000km mi si accende la psia gialla del motore (che esclude di default il DNA), la porto in officina Alfa e mi dicono candidamente che c’è la catena distribuzione da cambiare perchè si è “allungata” (‘!?!)….poi,da non credere, la garanzia è scaduta da 15gg e mi dicono che dovrei pagarmi l’intervento….cosa suggerite?

Ho una tonale 130 hybrid con 67000 km in quasi due anni. Ho avuto anche io il problema della frenata automatica che effettivamente si “disattiva” spesso, non appena la visibilità cala, ed il sistema multimediale malfunzionante, problemi però risolti con un aggiornamento del sistema fatto in concessionaria. Per il resto è una macchina fantastica, con consumi decisamente buoni (16,2 km/litro).

Una Tonale Veloce, aziendale, acquistata in concessionaria con 26000 km, ha dato seri problemi al cambio automatico, motore ibrido, olio motore, con abbondante perdita mentre ero in viaggio sull’autostrada e tutt’ oggi ancora non si è riusciti a sapere se pure il motore è fuso.

Ho una Tonale Sprint Hybrid acquistata a marzo 2024. Dopo il richiamo avvenuto a ottobre per il pericolo collassamento pedale del freno ( !!! ) ora l’auto mi ha segnalato allarme motore. Mi sono recato in Concessionaria ed il tecnico ha diagnosticato problemi al sistema del raffreddamento Hybrid. Ha cancellato l’errore e via. Sono passate 12 ore ed il problema si è ripresentato, dovrò ritornare in Concessionaria e lasciargli l’auto nella speranza che risolvano il problema. Per una auto che ha 7250 Km. e otto mesi di vita, sinceramente la cosa mi infastidisce. Stiamo a vedere. Ha notizie su questa problematica? Grazie Gianni
