Delivery times
Delivery times are calculated from the shipment of the package, not from the time of purchase. For orders received by 10:00 AM on working days, shipping departs the same day.

⏱ Processing times and cut-off
Once the order is confirmed, we process the shipment as quickly as possible. Here's how it works.
Order cut-off: 10:00 AM
The BRT courier passes through our central warehouse every morning around 10:30 AM. For this reason:
- 📦 Orders received by 10:00 AM on working days are shipped the same day
- 📦 Orders received after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped on the next working day
Practical example
Monday at 09:30 AM → order shipped the same Monday, delivery expected Tuesday-Wednesday in continental Italy
Monday at 11:30 AM → order shipped on Tuesday, delivery expected Wednesday-Thursday
Saturday at 04:00 PM → order shipped on Monday, delivery expected Tuesday-Wednesday
📦 Shipment tracking
When the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the package's real-time location on the courier's website.

Can't find the email?
Check your email's Spam or Promotions folder. If you can't find it, write to info@autoricambitritella.it with your order number: we will reply with the tracking information within the working day.

Payment security
All payments are protected by encrypted SSL connections and by the security policies of the circuits used (PayPal, Shopify Payments). Autoricambi Tritella never stores credit card data on its servers: all payment information is processed directly by authorized gateways.
📋 Pre-orders and products on request
All products that can be purchased directly on our e-commerce are available in stock: once purchased, they are shipped respecting the times indicated in the previous sections (24-72 hours in Italy).
If you are looking for a specific spare part or component that you cannot find in our online catalog — for example, parts for rare models, original codes on request, vintage spare parts or discontinued products — we can search for it for you through our network of suppliers. In this case, it is a personalized search service, not an automatic e-commerce purchase.
How pre-orders via email work
- Send us a quote request indicating the product you are looking for (code, brand, car model)
- We verify availability with our usual suppliers
- We respond with price, estimated delivery times, and availability
- Once confirmed, we generate the personalized order and proceed with the purchase from the supplier
- Typical times for warehouse availability are 5 working days, to which normal shipping times are added
⚠️ Important: products ordered specifically at the customer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 letter c of the Consumer Code, as they are considered clearly customized products. The customer is always informed of the non-returnability before confirming the order. For more details, consult our Returns and Refunds page.
⚠️ Damaged packages or failed delivery
Package damaged upon arrival
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery (crushed box, signs of impact, signs of opening), we have two important recommendations:
- Accept the package with reservation asking the courier to write "accepted subject to inspection" on the delivery note — this is the condition that then allows you to open a claim
- Open the package within 24 hours of delivery and check the contents
- In case of damaged products inside, contact us within 24 hours via email at info@autoricambitritella.it attaching clear photos of the outer package and damaged products
- We proceed with free replacement or refund, managing the claim directly with the courier
💡 Important: if you accept a visibly damaged package without reservation and sign the courier's note without annotations, we lose the possibility of opening a claim with the courier. The reservation is your protection and ours.
Absence at delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, BRT (and other couriers) follow this standard procedure:
- 1st attempt: the courier leaves a notice of passage
- 2nd attempt: usually on the next working day
- If the 2nd attempt also fails, the package is stored at the courier's local depot
- From that moment you can contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery date or pick it up at the depot
If the package remains in storage beyond the time allowed by the courier, it is returned to our warehouse. In this case, a product refund is possible, but shipping and return costs are not refundable as they are caused by the recipient's absence.

We primarily ship via BRT (Bartolini), with GLS as an alternative courier. Both are national express couriers with coverage throughout Italy and internationally.
Can I pick up my order in-store instead of having it shipped?
Yes, in-store pickup is free and available at all 4 of our locations: Giulianova (Via Montello 26/A), Mosciano Stazione (Via Portogallo), Roseto degli Abruzzi (Piazza Ungheria 15), and Nereto (Via Matteotti 11). At checkout, select "Store Pickup" and choose your preferred location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 22 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. The cost is €20.00 (free over €100.01) and delivery times vary from 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination country.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
No, we currently do not accept payments via bank transfer. We accept PayPal, all credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is cash on delivery available?
No, cash on delivery is not available. All payments are made at the time of order through traceable and secure methods.
